Hello and welcome! I'm Kim, owner of Hue + Heart Ink Paramedical Tattoo and Permanent Makeup studio in Round Rock, TX, serving the greater Austin area and beyond.

I'm also a licensed mental health therapist, and I've spent nearly two decades helping people heal from the inside. Now I'm bringing that same passion into a new avenue — because healing looks different for everyone. Throughout my career, I watched so many people do the hard inner work, yet still carry visible reminders on their skin: scars, changed bodies, the aftermath of surgery or injury. As a lifelong artist with a Bachelor's Degree in Art, I've had my eye on the paramedical tattoo and PMU world for over a decade before I finally decided to take the leap. Most paramedical tattoo and PMU artists are trained to look at skin, and I've also spent years learning to truly see people. I used everything I knew about trauma-informed care to build something different.

At Hue + Heart Ink, I specialize in 3D areola restoration, scar camouflage, and stretch mark revision — alongside permanent brows including nano, combo/hybrid, and ombre (powder). It's also very important to me to know how to perform these services on a wide variety of skin tones, and I have trained with some of the best in the industry. I provide a clean, safe, lighthearted, and inviting space. I don't offer psychotherapy here — but my background shapes how I listen before I ever pick up my machine.
